Kennedy holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, a bachelor’s of Commerce degree from the Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Kennedy is also Pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Professionally Kennedy has been a professional member of Kenya Institute of Management, Member of Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK), a member of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI). Kennedy is highly experienced in organizational development and has directed, led and undertaken multidisciplinary and inter-disciplinary assignments in the fields of organizational assessment, systems development and improvement, strategic planning and management, project planning and evaluation, human resource development and small business development.
Kennedy is a prominent leader and has been a team leader coordinating capacity building of professional programmes with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Republic of Rwanda. He has also served as a team leader in coordination of Malaria Case Management Training of National Malaria Control Programme in 2019.
Other areas where he has served at a leadership position include coordinating Provision of Consultancy Services for Capacity Building Programme for Uwezo Fund in August 2014 to February 2016, Preparation of Baringo County Assembly Strategic Plan, preparation of Strategic Plan for the Ministry of State for Public Service and institutional assessment, development and restructuring including management systems development for organizations which include Kenya Methodist University, Daystar universities and Maseno University Retirement Benefits Scheme. Kennedy seats at the CLA Board and advises the Board on Strategic planning and Business Plan Development.
