  • Customers / Stakeholder – addresses how we should appear to our stakeholders. CLA’s positioning is to be a strategic partner to our various stakeholders. Through targeted products and at each point of contact CLA’s will endeavor to exceed the customer expectations.

This strategic pillar is intended to create an effective and efficient operational environment towards the delivery of quality service. The strategic objectives under this pillar is inclined towards identifying opportunities to optimize costs. The internal strengths such as appropriate governance framework with leadership management structures and systems, have been leveraged to develop strategies to build a high performance agile culture that will promote collaboration, engagement and excellence.

This will be delivered under the following strategic objectives;

This strategic pillar focuses on creating and excellent stakeholder experience at every opportunity presented to the institution to interface with the stakeholders. Our stakeholders constitute both the internal (board, facilitators/ tutors, staff) and the external stakeholders (clients, regulators, ministries among others.
