Our stakeholders constitute both the internal (board, facilitators/ tutors, staff) and the external stakeholders (clients, regulators, ministries among others. - Create a wow Customer experience at CLA’s
- Establish a secure environment for all CLA’s stakeholders
- Revamp the canteen to offer value for money service

- Improve staff engagement
- Align the brand manual to the corporate strategy
- Develop and implement a client charter/ service delivery standards
- Develop and implement a media relations plan for print, broadcast and digital communication
