CLA has a modern help desk facility in all its centers. At any one point two staff manage the help desk and ensure that student issues are timely resolved.
Help Desk
To serve our students better the institution has invested in giving the front office a face lift where the students have access to the Programme Coordinator and the Course Administrators. The institution also has an open-door policy where the students can meet the Programme Coordinator and a member of the Project Management Committee at any given time.
Provision of the help desk facility has enabled the institution to interact with the students on a regular basis and provided a channel through which students can raise any issue or complain they have with the lecturers or any other issue that affects them.
